Return of order
In order to return a product, it must be unused and in the same state as when you received it. All labels, inserts and labels should remain. You as a customer stand for the cost of a return.
Underwear (socks, panties, etc.), beauty products (make-up, eyelashes), hygiene items (toothbrushes / razor blades), backrests / corsets can not be exchanged or returned.
Return address:
You have 60 days to return the product to us based on the date you received your package. The product may not be used and any packaging / wrapping must be returned.
Mark the return with your order number. We do not have the option to receive the return type "Recommended letter", as this requires manual pickup with postal agents.

When will my Klarna invoice come?
Answer: The Klarna invoice usually comes about 1-4 days before your order is delivered up to approximately 1 week after.
