PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are including VAT. On the cart-page you can see the toal price including freight-cost and taxes. All payments are handled secured by Klarna. You can choose between payment options like Creditcard, direct transfer through you bank or by invoice.
 


Returns and claims
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not for postage. In case of change we will pay the new freight from us to you. When you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must, if it concerns a product, send or return it to us in the case of a service: Keep the material available to us, unless it causes any inconvenience to you. We offer return rights up to 60 days! You must return the product in the same condition as it was when you recieved it and with the same sealing/packaging. Products like underwear are not possible to return. 

Opened/broken packaging for cleaning products such as cleaning brushes, vacuum cleaners and robotic vacuum cleaners cannot be returned because allergic risk since we cannot guarantee on resale that the product has not been exposed to animal hair, nuts, asbestos or the like which may affect health. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

When you place your order with us, you provide your person / company information. In connection with your registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you and in order to market relevant offers from us and third parties. You have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or removed. We may process the following personal information about you as a customer
- Name
- Contact details, such as address, e-mail address and telephone number
- IP number and information about your use of the Beyondactive website.
- Information about your orders as well as payment information and payment history


Beyondactive also collects and processes personal data belonging to you as an online customer or user in order to quality assure our business, to contact you and to offer and market our services to you. We may also send relevant promotional offers to you in the form of, among other things, newsletters, promotional offers through social media, email and text messages. The legal basis is that processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in being able to develop our business and meeting your needs, marketing products and services that we believe you may be interested in. Our interest in processing your personal information for this purpose goes beyond your potential interest in protecting your personal integrity in the light of the potential benefits that the marketing brings to you. However, you are entitled to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing at any time.


Delivery
Delivery time varies depending on whether the item is in stock. If the product is in stock, it usually ships for delivery within about 4-6 business days, except for special promotions with discounted prices via third parties and high seasons as longer delivery times may be considered. If the item is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the product. Beyondactive is not responsible for any delays that may arise after orders have been handed over to agents for delivery.

Unclaimed goods from agents are charged with 79: - incl. VAT to cover the costs of shipping agents​


Refund Obligation
Beyondactive shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or within 30 days from the date we received the item or, if it is a service, the notice that you have regretted. You will pay the return costs when you return the item. We always pay the return charge to send back so-called replacement goods.


Force Majeure
Beyondactive accepts no liability for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the company's current circumstances, such as work conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier. Furthermore, no liability is taken for any changes to products / product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond the control of the company. Nor are we responsible for direct or indirect damage / loss that may occur to the customer.
